Who we are
The FloorHaus™ supplies and installs flooring in Dubai, UAE. Our showroom is at 203 Umm Suqeim St, Al Quoz, Dubai. For anything in this policy, write to hello@thefloorhaus.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry, sample, and site-visit forms. Your name, email address, phone number, and the project details you share with us (such as your area, approximate floor size, and preferred colours).
- Trade and contract applications. Your name, company, role, contact details, and information about your projects.
- Newsletter. Your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
- Visualiser photos. If you use our Visualiser, the room photo you upload is processed to generate your preview. Photos are used only to create your preview and respond to your request — never for marketing.
- WhatsApp and phone. If you contact us there, we see the details you choose to share.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, send samples, arrange site visits and deliveries, prepare quotes, set up trade accounts, and — only if you subscribed — send the occasional newsletter. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it for us
Our website forms are delivered by form-handling services (Web3Forms and Netlify Forms), which pass your message to our inbox. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from Google's servers. We use WhatsApp Business for chat. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe — every email includes a link to do so.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Email hello@thefloorhaus.com and we'll come back to you within a reasonable time — usually a few working days.
Cookies
We don't run advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies set are limited to what's technically necessary for the site to function.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
